GROUP BOOKINGS

At The SPA, we can accommodate various group sizes. The information below is ideally for groups of 4 or more, we suggest for groups less than 4, please visit our packages page.

With a group of 4 or more, we can offer you a very relaxing, private and tranquil atmosphere. Welcome to store your personal items, change into a warm cozy housecoat and come lounge in our waiting area while enjoying snacks!

We can customize any package for you based on selected services or we can work with your budget, however you can also choose individual services & receive a discounted rate. We suggest booking at least a few weeks in advance to ensure we have availability. All groups of 4 or more will also receive a choice of complimentary mimosas, champagne or wine. We will also ensure there are extra specialty treats for your group (this doesn't apply to pedicure or manicure only services). Also note, any groups of 4 or more does have an automatic gratuity of 18%. A deposit is required for 25% of the total group booking and a credit card will be kept on file in case of any cancellations or no shows. Please note, any groups bookings require at least 72 hours notice for changing, rescheduling or cancellation.
