We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured:
Twenty-four hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 24 hours applies to a single appointment, 48 hours applies if its 2 appointment and 72 hour cancelation policy applies to 3 or more appointments. If you are unable to give us advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This will be charged to your credit card on file or if you prepay for your appointments, it must be paid for before you can schedule another appointment. Gift certificates will be voided in lieu of the fee. If appointment was booked less than 24 hrs before service, the policy still applies, therefore any cancellations after the booking would result in having to pay for the missed appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged in full for their missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” service. Out of respect and consideration to your technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
If you cancel and rebook less than required notice, the cancelation policy still applies. Any changes to our your original booking, such as changing the time or date is considered a cancelation and the full amount will be charged.
If you are experiencing any COVID like symptoms, we ask you to stay at home and cancel your appointment immediately as you begin symptoms. We are willing to waive the cancelation fee, if you cancel your appointment with a minimum of 2 hours notice. If you show up to the appointment, showing any COVID like symptoms, you will be asked to leave immediately and pay for the appointment. There is no reason to show up to a booked appointment sick, so we feel this is a fair policy.
